A2P SMS Support Manager
Your tasks:
- Collaborate with account managers in the sales department to manage post-sales customer relationships SMS
- Tracking customer profitability and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to maintain/increase customer profitability;
- Updating and mailing price lists to customers for price increases/reductions
- Comparing sales prices with competitors and promoting new leads by offering competitive pricing to their portfolio of clients
- Performing selection and routing tasks for their accounts
- Achieving sales and development targets by finding mutually beneficial solutions and building long-term business relationships with key partners
- Manage wholesale technical relationships with other aggregator operators, interconnects and coverage expansion with new countries and products
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a commercial position
- Ability to communicate at all levels and conduct face-to-face meetings with customers
- Strong skills with email programs, MS Office or any CRM
- Experience with Alarislabs SMS platform or any other SMS platform
- Monitor and analyze market trends and rates
- English C1+
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
