Customer Support Representative
Malta / Hybrid
  • First line support and resolution of issues on first contact
  • Identify customer needs and help resolve customer issues
  • Track traffic, identify and report any problems according to company procedures
  • Escalate technical problems using company SOPs
Requirements for candidates:
  • 1+ year of customer support or customer-facing experience in IT or a similar domain (B2B/B2C)
  • Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle complex or delicate situations
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize
  • IT background (degree, courses, hand-on experience in IT/similar area)
  • Fluent English
